Suffolk-based Galloway Travel Group has announced that following an independent audit by Lloyd Morgan Group, it has not only had its accreditation renewed, but it has also been awarded a Certificate of Excellence from The Guild of British Coach Operators. And the pass rate was 100%.

The Guild of British Coach Operators audits all member companies every two years to ensure they meet the exacting standards required to carry their and Coach Marque’s badge of approval. This month, Galloway European Coachlines – the coach provider division of the Group – obtained 100% in their audit and secured its Certificate of Excellence.

David Cattermole, Managing Director, Galloway Travel Group, commented: “We are very proud to be a member of The Guild of British Coach Operators and I’m delighted to receive such an outstanding award this year. I would like to thank every member of the team who work tirelessly to help us achieve and maintain this standard.”

Richard Smith, General Manager – Operations, Galloway European Coachlines, added: “For the coach industry, it is important for customers to have faith in the organisation they are travelling with. Being able to hold this Certificate should provide a degree of comfort that they are making the right choice.”
