Glenn Saint is set to leave Optare after 17 years

 

Glenn Saint, Chief Technical Officer, is leaving Optare after 17 years, to pursue a new venture developing electric vehicle technologies for the automotive industry.

John Fickling, Non-Executive Chairman, commented, “Glenn has contributed greatly to the success of Optare during his time here helping to develop our environmentally friendly vehicle range.  We wish him every success in his new venture”

Glenn commented: “The nature of my new venture developing green technologies means I will continue to work closely with Optare in the future.”

Ken Anderson, who runs Ashok Leyland’s European Technical Centre, will be joining Optare on an interim basis as Head of Engineering. Ken has 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry and has worked on a number of development projects with Optare.
