Bakers Travel Ltd, incorporated on December 23, 2014, has bought Harrington Coaches Ltd of Bedworth.
“On May 13, 2013, Island Fortitude came to the rescue of Bakers Coaches taking on £480,000 of HMRC debt which over the last two years has been reduced to £84,000,” explained Rachel George, Sales and Marketing Manager of Biddulph-based Bakers Coaches. “Since taking on Bakers Coaches we have restructured the overall business safeguarding 25 jobs by toupying drivers to D & G. This left Bakers concentrating on what we do best – coach hire and coach tours.
“The restructuring has now been consolidated further safeguarding jobs by taking on a Coventry-based firm, Harrington Coaches and changing our name to Bakers Travel on March 20, 2015. We would like to reassure all our valued clients that business is continuing as normal offering all professional coach services as before.”
Guideissue Ltd trading as Bakers Coaches of Biddulph was renamed After Sales Garage Services Ltd on January 15, 2015. After Sales Garage Services Ltd is listed in April 9, 2015 winding up petitions notices.
