Huyton Mini Coaches Ltd, trading as Vision Coaches recently saw its license revoked in a written decision by Simon Evans, Traffic Commissioner (TC) for the North West of England.

On 16 April, the TC refused the application made which would have allowed the operator to surrender its operating licence.

Additionally the revocation of the licence was made under Section 17 (1) (a) of the Act, as the operator was found to be without financial standing.

The revocation also took place under Section 17(3) (aa), (b) (c) and (e) of the Act.

The revocation came into effect on Friday 26 April 2019 at 2345hrs.

The Transport Manager (TM) Neil Fallon however, was found to have his repute intact, although was subsequently awarded a formal warning.
