Whilst the CV Show has many HGV and van suppliers present over the three halls, it also has a large amount that are relevant to the bus and coach industry. What follows are some of the very latest products.
Actia
The Actia stand was busy with visitors looking at the J1939 Multi-SCAN ‘First Aid’ Diagnostics tool.
Multi-SCAN is an addition to Multi-MUX diagnostic tool that enables ‘First Aid’ diagnostics of the vehicle driveline ECUs (e.g ABS, Engine, Retarder and Transmission). Certain vehicle issues require detailed analysis of the CAN bus data. Multi-SCAN is able to capture the J1939 data and store it in a file that can be emailed to OEMs or a system export for further information.
