SPAIN FIAA in Madrid, taking place in May for the first time, attracted 10,041 visitors from 47 countries. The international contingent accounted for 14% of the total, with the majority coming from Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, UK and Latin American countries.

The national reach of the event was also significant, with visitors particularly coming from the Canary Islands, Catalonia, Andalusia, the Basque Country and Valencia, as well as in and around Madrid.

Around 37% of visitors represented fleets in excess of 30 vehicles, while 65% of those registered were listed as holding managerial positions within their companies.

Exhibitor participation increased by 23% with the show itself extending for an additional 20% of space. Companies from 13 countries exhibited, 25% of the total.
