Lodge Coaches’ excellent ‘toy box’ museum is open again and a date has been set for the operator’s annual rally. The museum features the Essex concern’s heritage collection of preserved coaches, most of which are available for private hire, along with other vehicles and a vast amount of memorabilia. The museum is open for visits by classic vehicle clubs and other groups.

Meanwhile, the annual Car and Bus Show at Lodge’s High Easter premises will take place on Sunday 22 August from 1000hrs. Visiting vehicles are are welcome but need to be pre booked.
“We are very much looking forward to this event and are expecting a great selection of vehicles,” said Director Andrew Lodge. Vehicles from the Essex operator’s modern fleet will also be on display at the event.
