Million Dollar musical for King of Swing Million Dollar Quartet, a musical celebrating the life of Elvis Presley, is running until January 14, 2012 at the Noël Coward Theatre in London.

Described by music icon Rod Stewart as “Rock ‘n’ Roll at its purest – a wonderful night out!”, the international hit musical depicts the true story of Sun Records founder Sam Phillips and the night his ‘million dollar quartet’ of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis played together for the first and only time.

As is to be expected, a variety of classic Elvis songs appear in the show, such as Blue Suede Shoes, Long Tall Sally and Hound Dog, alongside other greats such as I Walk The Line, Great Balls of Fire and Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On. The cast play over twenty hit songs live each night with an infectious energy which has audiences dancing-in-the-aisles. Productions of Million Dollar Quartet are playing simultaneously in London, New York and Chicago. A North American tour launched in October 2011.
