The operator has also seen improvements to the IT infrastructure and paperless systems to reduce the amount of paper used by the company.

Commercial and Operation Manager Stewart Isaac, who was brought on board to oversee operations at Mortons Travel following the acquisition, said: “It’s been a really good year. The new ownership as part of the Lucketts Group has opened up a lot of investment, which has allowed us to make improvements to our already brilliant service.”

Tony Lawman, Managing Director, said: “We’re pleased to celebrate a year of having Mortons as part of the Lucketts Group. It’s been a great fit and we’re delighted to have been able to invest heavily in the business over the last year.”
