Mosaiq Insights transforms travel with Rate-My-Ride data integration

Public transport technology company Snapper Services has partnered with urban transit app Transit to integrate real-time passenger experience data into its Mosaiq Insights platform, and is inviting local transport authorities to test it out for free.

Transport agencies can use Transit’s Rate-My-Ride feature to ask questions about a passenger’s journey, allowing users to share feedback on aspects such as safety and vehicle cleanliness. Mosaiq Insights, Snapper’s analytics platform, combines data from existing tools to provide data dashboards which can help to drive a deeper understanding of network operations and inform confident decision-making.

The partners say the integration means transport providers can now view Rate-My-Ride feedback within Mosaiq Insights, which is matched with the same journey’s network performance data and shown side-by-side in the tool, enabling them to analyse the quality of their services and prioritise opportunities for improvement, informed by objective performance data and honest passenger feedback.

To mark the collaboration, Snapper and Transit are offering transport authorities a free one-month trial.
