Oxford Bus Company is supporting ‘OxTrail’ which will see over 30 life-sized ox sculptures placed around the streets of Oxford next year to raise money for the region’s largest hospice, Sobell House Hospice Charity. The operator is sponsoring an ox that will appear at the event.

Luke Marion, Managing Director of Oxford Bus Company said: “We are proud to a partner with this fantastic initiative that will help encourage people to visit Oxford and raise money for a good cause. We play a key role in Oxford’s tourism sector and have strong community values and so it’s a partnership with great synergy. We’re looking forward to seeing OxTrail go live and helping to raise awareness of the vital work Sobell House Hospice does in Oxfordshire.”

CEO at Sobell House Hospice Charity Amelia Foster said: “Across eight weeks, OxTrail will encourage locals and visitors of all ages to explore Oxford’s iconic attractions and find some hidden gems. It’ll be a huge event for the city but one we would not be able to do without the fantastic support and sponsorship from local businesses such as Oxford Bus Company.”
