The Temsa stand at the IAA featured a restyled MD9, the popular midi coach that has done very well in the UK market with a capacity from 34 to 39 seats.

Temsa has given the MD9 a much more European look with larger shaped headlights replacing the current small round units, chrome trim underneath the window line and the rear profile has been updated.

The three small round units on each side have now been replaced by curved LED units giving the MD9 a big coach look.

The engine has also gained further ventilation with the addition of three further vents in the boot lid to keep the Euro VI Cummins cool. The interior has also seen some slight updates.

It is planned for the right-hand drive version to be in the UK from September 2019.

The sole UK distributor of Temsa is Arriva Bus & Coach.
