Northern Irish operator Translink won an award for ‘Sustainability Project of the Year’ at the recent Business Eye Sustainability Awards for its zero-emission fleet project. The operator began the roll-out of its zero-emission bus fleet in Northern Ireland as part of its Climate Positive Strategy, which aims to reduce its carbon emissions by 50% by 2030, operate a fully zero-emission fleet by 2040, and be climate positive by 2050.
