Israeli company Egged’s Dutch subsidiary EBS (Egged Bus Services) acquired its second public transport concession in the Netherlands last month when it took over operations in Voorne-Putten and Rozenburg from Connexxion on 9 December. EBS introduced a brand-new CNG-powered fleet comprising 43 12m Iveco Crossways and 10 15m three-axle Scania Citywides. One of the Scanias was photographed by John Robinson picking up school children in Molenweg, Rozenburg, at dawn on 10 December operating service 106 from Rozenburg (Eikenlaan) to Hellevoetsluis via Brielle.
