Contrary to reports elsewhere, CBW understands that although the situation remains unclear, Van Hool UK at Wellingborough is still open, and that the company’s staff remain available to assist UK customers as far as possible. We understand that operators who have paid deposits or who have coaches in build have been directed to contact the administrators, though at the present time we await an official statement from either Van Hool or new owner VDL.
