Gloucester-based company Bennetts Coaches recently picked up not one, but two major awards in the same week, creating one of the most memorable weeks it has ever experienced. It was even more remarkable since one of the awards was highly unique and unlikely to be repeated by any company in the foreseeable future.
Bennetts’ astonishing week began when National Express informed the company that it had gained the first ever 100% rating of monthly Operator Excellence, not just in their area but across the UK. No company had ever achieved this rating.
