Wrightbus has opened its new dedicated Customer Sign-off Centre at its Ballymena factory. The company said it has been created as part of its drive to enhance the overall customer experience. Richard Harrington, Engineering Director for Go-Ahead London, joined the Wrightbus team and carried out a ribbon cutting ceremony to declare the facility officially open.
