More than 450 toys have been handed over to the Red Cross by Gaël Queralt, CEO of Indcar. He made the delivery to Carles Soler, President of the Red Cross in Arbucies, the town where Indcar-Almotrans’ headquarters are established.
The initiative to give away a toy for each vehicle sold during the year was one of the finalist proposals in a 2014 internal Indcar competition. In addition to the 450 presents, corresponding to the vehicles sold by Indcar during 2015, there were also additional toys donated by staff who wanted to participate in the initiative.
Last Christmas, the toys donated were addressed and sent out to hundreds of families living in Arbucias, Sant Hilari, Breda and Hostalric. Indcar is actively involved in several initiatives organised by Intermom Oxfam and by the local association of disabled people, Montseny-Guilleries Association.
