Stephen Mayne, owner of Warrington and Manchester-based Mayne Coaches, passed away on Saturday July 28, aged 62.

Stephen, a long standing and active member of CPT and its predecessors, took over the familyrun Mayne Coaches from his father who had inherited it from his father before him. He made a significant contribution as a member of the CPT North West’s regional committee.

The funeral service is at 1430hrs on Friday (August 3) at St Matthews Church, Stretton Road, Stretton, Warrington, opposite the Park Royal Hotel. All are welcome at the church and Walton Lea Crematorium at 1540hrs. Diane Mayne, Stephen’s widow, invites all to the wake which she hopes will be at the Park Royal Hotel.

Parking facilities exist along the lane by the church and at the hotel.
