In a written decision published on 31 May 2019, Traffic Commissioner (TC) for Wales, Nick Jones, announced his decision in respect of applications to renew permits by Accessible Caring Transport (ACT).
The application to renew a permit issued under section 19 of the Transport Act 1985 for a small (eight or less passenger seat vehicle) was refused.
The application to renew four other permits issued under section 19 of the Act for nine to 16 passenger seat vehicles however, was agreed, as well as the additional application to renew two permits for 9-16 passenger seat vehicles issued under section 22 of the Transport Act 1985.
