Arriva Bus & Coach has sold its second Van Hool EX coach – an EX16H to Blackburn-based A2B New Travel.
The 57-seater Van Hool EX16H executive air-conditioned tri-axle is equipped with a drinks machine, fridge, DVD player and TV monitor. Mechanically, the coach is powered by a Euro 6 DAF MX11 engine, coupled to a ZF Ecolife transmission. Registered ‘YJ16EPX,’ the coach has been in use as the Cleckheaton-based dealer’s demonstrator.
This is the third vehicle Arriva Bus and Coach has supplied the Lancashire operator in the last 12 months – the most recent vehicle being a Temsa Safari HD in May this year.
The inaugural EX coach to be sold in the UK was acquired by Sharpes of Nottingham and was exhibited at Euro Bus Expo 2016.
