Henshaw’s Executive Travel takes delivery of its first Yutong

Pelican Bus and Coach has supplied Gloucestershire-based Henshaw’s Executive Travel with its very first Yutong coach.

The 20-vehicle fleet operates across Gloucestershire and the adjoining counties of Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire. A wide range of work is carried out, from school and bus service contracts and private hire to rail replacement and ski tours.

The Yutong TC9 is fitted with 37 half-leather seats, power points, USB charging points, a full Bosch entertainment system with front 19′ motorized monitor, P.A. System with driver and courier microphones, an Integral reverse camera, and a camera showing the rear door complete with an in-dash colour screen is also fitted.

The vehicle is powered by a Cummins ISB 6.7 320hp Euro VI engine, driven through a ZF 6AP1200B automatic EcoLife gearbox.

Danny Henshaw, Director of Henshaw’s Executive Travel told MINIBUS: “We bought the Yutong TC9 for driver and passenger comfort. The front entry door offers good access for our customers.

“Pelican Bus and Coach have been very good from point of sale to after sales and the service department.”
The Yutong TC9 replaces a 2016 Plaxton Cheetah XL.
