As a tribute to what’s shaping up to be a great summer of sport, Plaxton Coach Sales Centre is keeping with the sporting theme for its annual Summer open days, hosting the Plaxton Sporting Challenge event on August 8 – 9 at the Anston facility.
With development work on the site, part of a significant investment by Alexander-Dennis, still in progress, the event gives customers an opportunity to see the relocated Sales Centre and the wide selection of new and used vehicles on display. “It’s been an interesting year for us,” explained General Manager – Retail Coach, Mick McElhone. “Even with work still ongoing, we’re pleased to be able to offer customers the opportunity to see what we’ve been doing and gauge an idea of what the facility will have to offer when the work is complete later this year. It’s often been said that sales is a challenge so it seemed appropriate to keep with the sporting theme for this event!”
