Stagecoach’s 24,000 employees now have access to 24/7 online and telephone support as part of the new package
Stagecoach has launched a new benefits programme for employees in its UK Bus division.
The programme of benefits was produced in partnership with Personal Group, an employee benefits expert. Stagecoach’s 24,000 UK bus employees will receive access to a bespoke online portal, as well as a benefit book, offering thousands of retail discounts across numerous well known high street shops.
The offers can be easily taken up online, via SMS, reloadable cards, cashback or vouchers and provide a range of money-saving opportunities including discounts on holidays and retail, cinema outings, dental insurance, vehicle breakdown cover and hotels and attractions.
Through the new package, Stagecoach’s UK Bus staff will also benefit from an Employee Assistance Programme, which provides support to promote the wellbeing of staff. This offers access to a confidential service available 24 hours a day, providing specialist guidance and assistance on a range of personal and work-related issues, from dealing with stress and anxiety to managing financial, marital or legal issues. Face-toface counselling sessions are also offered, alongside telephone and online support.
Stagecoach and Personal Group will be working closely to communicate the benefits to the diverse workforce under which Personal Group will visit every Stagecoach Bus depot in the UK in order to present and explain the benefits available to as many employees as possible.
